After more than 23 years in Colorado mountain real estate, I've learned that the best relationships aren't about the transaction. They're about understanding people, listening carefully, and helping them make the right decisions for their lives.
My focus is Steamboat Springs and the Yampa Valley, and my approach is simple: honest guidance, thoughtful preparation, and your best interests first.
Experience You Can Count On
I've spent my career working in Colorado mountain and resort communities. Before making Steamboat my full-time home in 2020, I spent 18 years helping buyers and sellers in Summit County. That background gave me experience across primary residences, second homes, resort condominiums, and luxury properties, including transactions at the $10 million level.
Today, I bring that experience to Steamboat Springs, Routt County, and the greater Yampa Valley.

I don't believe my job is simply to open doors or tell people what they want to hear. I want to understand your goals, help you recognize opportunities and concerns, and give you candid advice. Sometimes the best decision is to move forward. Sometimes it's to wait.

Why Steamboat?
What drew me here was more than the skiing and mountain scenery. It was the community. Steamboat's destination setting, distance from the I-70 corridor, and genuine sense of place make it special.
Outside of real estate, I'm usually skiing, hiking, biking, rafting, paddleboarding, playing music, or exploring with my golden retriever, Molly. I also value opportunities to support local organizations and neighbors.

Some of my favorite client relationships have become lasting friendships. I want to remain a resource long after closing, whether that's a contractor recommendation, a question about the market, or simply catching up.

One of the things I appreciate most about Steamboat is how people show up for one another. Being part of this community means more to me than simply living and working here.
I am involved with the Routt County Humane Society, serve on the committee for the Walk to End Alzheimer's, and am active at Steamboat Christian Center. I also support LiftUp of Routt County and other local organizations that make a difference in our community.
Giving back is one of the ways I try to contribute to the place I am fortunate to call home.
